This review is long overdue, but the short of it is that I've had excellent service and interaction with many members of the Burich team.When we bought our house the entire HVAC system needed to be replaced within the first couple of months. Danielle walked us through many options and we found a system that was competitively priced that worked well for us. We also installed a house humidifier and healthy air filter system. The installation was scheduled quickly with no problems. They have an outstanding 10 year warranty on the system, which covers so much.Andrew and Clyde have serviced our new system and both are very friendly professionals that are incredibly thorough and helpful. I get a lot of detailed explanations and walk away with more information about our system each time they visit. I would highly recommend the whole Buric team for your HVAC needs.

Buric came by to do a check on our heating and air conditioning. Clyde worked through his inspection carefully and quickly. As usual, the service was thorough, efficient, courteous, and good natured. At the close he made some recommendations. I was impressed at how well he knew the system and its components. It’s always a pleasure to host the crew from Buric. First-rate. Greg, Tom and Luke knew their stuff. They worked well as a team, including the trainee. They treated us with respect, were friendly down-to-earth and answered all our questions. They replaced our 40-yr-old boiler system (poorly maintained by previous owners) with a 95% efficient “boiler” for our baseboard water heating system. Took 10 hours. They did not leave ANY mess. Fair price. High quality.

After receiving 3 estimates/proposals to replace my heating /cooling system, I decided to go with Buric HVAC. It was the right choice. From the detailed explanation of every item on the proposal to the smallest part applied putting the system together was seamless. Andrew, Greg, Tom and Seth are true professionals. Their attitude on how they go about their work reflects their loyalty to a family owned business like Buric.More important, the follow up and support after the installation is exceptional. Technician arrived when scheduled and was his usual pleasant self. In spite of being injured on the job, he cleaned up and buttoned up our system to ensure we had heat; then made sure a new appointment was made for the next day. All technicians should be as conscientious! Buric hires the best!

We just had our furnace and AC replaced with a Bosch Heat pump and furnace or "Dual Fuel" system by Buric. Our experience with Buric was excellent beginning to end. Joey came out and gave our system and house a thorough inspection. He provided a clear estimate with several options. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After getting a few other estimates we found Buric's offer the best. The installation was flurry of activity. Several techs came and worked through the day to complete the job. The lead tech, Greg, again was knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to ask for input for certain placement decisions and was extremely helpful with the setup and operation instructions. The techs left our home neat and clean. My only feedback would to be clear about how any rebates and tax credits will be included in the total. I would highly recommend Buric to anyone looking for similar services.

We have worked with Nick and company for years. They are responsive, knwoledgeable, and effective. We just had a small glitch on the new system they installed, and sent Dustin out immediately. He identified the problem --which wasn't their fault -- fixed it, tested it, and left with no bill. Great care!

Andrew the Buric technician was onetime, which already is a plus. He had called to say he was 15 minutes out, another plus. He was very knowledgeable about his craft, and what's more seemed to really enjoy his work.He gave me several tips on what to watch for, and what to do to keep my system running well. I'm expecting a typical miserable MD but I won't be concerned about our indoor temperature.

Clyde provided excellent service by checking our electric furnace and separate HVAC system for any maintenance issues - thankfully there were none. He called ahead before arriving on time. He was very polite and efficient, and addressed all my questions clearly. I was hoping to get a couple photos of the HVAC air intake "fins" for reference but the photos aren't necessary. I would recommend Buric to any of my neighbors.

Buric was phenomenal as always. They respond quickly to phone calls and give accurate times for visits. My service man was great! He explained my problem in "nonHVAC" terms and even too pictures to describe what my problem was. Joey came out to assess some issues with our current ductwork. He came up with an excellent solution for us inc. fabricating a custom filter track for our furnace and got as a competitive quote quickly. The work was completed the following week. While he was here doing the quote, Joey noticed the smell of gas near our furnace and water heater and identified an active gas leak. We were able to get the gas company to come to the house urgently and keep our family safe thanks to Joey's diligence that day. Thank you to the crew who did the ductwork modifications as well - the temperature in our house is so much more comfortable and even.

Great company! Scheduled a service visit and tech arrived on time! Determined issue with AC was a bad fan&motor. Under warranty so they are still working with company to get a replacement. I recently decided to replace my 31-year-old AC unit and furnace, as the AC was still working but not energy efficient. After contacting several HVAC companies, Buric stood out with their quick response. Joey came out the next day, conducted a thorough assessment, and provided me with various options. AWESOME experience with this company and their team. Our 24 year old HVAC died on us. We called a number of reputable companies to assess the issue and potentially replace it. Buric was the only one that was able to come out right away and immediately started the system replacement. The others had no availability for 2-3 weeks - not ideal for summer time! During the initial appointment, Joey came out to assess the issue. He was quick and thorough, letting us know why a repair of the old system was not an option. The system was so old, the part we needed was no longer manufactured. He went over the pricing options for a new system. There was zero pressure or upselling that sometimes happens with other companies. We got everything set up and the team arrived the very next day. The team rolled in heavy, with a large crew to attack the job and get it done. They were on-time for every appointment, worked quickly, cleaned up, and made sure to walk us through the project as they completed the work. While it was an expense we had hoped to delay a little longer, Buric definitely made the process easy and we highly recommend them! They’re our go-to for any future HVAC needs.

We needed work in our attic as part of a home repair request when we are selling our home.
