I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at Buric. They are responsive, helpful, and reasonable. They are real people, not some big corporation, and they are really committed to serving their customers. You can get a live person on the phone and they don't charge you if they haven't done anything. Heaven. They also solved a complicated cooling problem that another company couldn't. I also don't feel nickle and dimed by them. I feel like they care about keeping my business for the long term and they do that by providing really good service. Love them.

As usual… scheduling was easy and they arrived well within the service window. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and gave good explanation of the ac tests he was doing to diagnose my issue. He found the problem, gave a quote for labor to repair & confirmed the parts warranty and timeframe. I’m pleased! Buric installed new furnace and ac about 6yrs ago and we were very happy with the entire experience plus reasonable pricing.

He thoroughly explained the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Buric came out to complete my AC check-up which is included with my maintenance plan. The unit is 20 years old and not very efficient plus it's on the old freon stuff. Suggested I start thinking about a new system. Live in a condo so better to do it all at once, I guess. They will send me an estimate

I took my time shopping for a new unit, getting several quotes. Danielle was great, no sales pressure. After installation, I reached out a few times with questions about a message I received on my thermostat and someone came out within a day or two.
