Total professionals, very friendly and helpful. My older system went out and they sent a technician who conducted a thorough inspection and gave me some options to repair. I asked about a new system and next day they came to my home and walked me through three options. My new system was installed and running THE NEXT DAY, at a reasonable price. The new system is a huge improvement and they did a great job with a clean installation. I highly recommend Buric.

Fantastic experience. Our heater stopped working on a cold Saturday and we got the help we needed, quick.Andrew was very responsive and tried to help troubleshoot over the phone. We had an excellent experience working with Buric to replace our HVAC this winter. We got multiple estimates from various companies and not only did Buric give us the best offer, the technician (Joey) created multiple estimates with different equipment that might match our needs and explained pros/cons to each. After learning we were without heat until the new unit, Buric went above and beyond to move up our install date by a week. Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish, we will be repeat customers if the need arises in the future.

We had Buric replace our HVAC system last April. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and quick. They took good care of the work site, and took the time to explain everything when we had questions. And, the deal they offered easily beat their competitors. I've called them twice since then (nothing wrong with the equipment or installation, just new heat pump behaviors that I wasn't used to after years of having a furnace), and each time they've been helpful and prompt. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue, but the short of it is that I've had excellent service and interaction with many members of the Burich team.When we bought our house the entire HVAC system needed to be replaced within the first couple of months. Danielle walked us through many options and we found a system that was competitively priced that worked well for us. We also installed a house humidifier and healthy air filter system. The installation was scheduled quickly with no problems. They have an outstanding 10 year warranty on the system, which covers so much.Andrew and Clyde have serviced our new system and both are very friendly professionals that are incredibly thorough and helpful. I get a lot of detailed explanations and walk away with more information about our system each time they visit. I would highly recommend the whole Buric team for your HVAC needs.

First-rate. Greg, Tom and Luke knew their stuff. They worked well as a team, including the trainee. They treated us with respect, were friendly down-to-earth and answered all our questions. They replaced our 40-yr-old boiler system (poorly maintained by previous owners) with a 95% efficient “boiler” for our baseboard water heating system. Took 10 hours. They did not leave ANY mess. Fair price. High quality.
