Buric came out to complete my AC check-up which is included with my maintenance plan. The unit is 20 years old and not very efficient plus it's on the old freon stuff. Suggested I start thinking about a new system. Live in a condo so better to do it all at once, I guess. They will send me an estimate

I took my time shopping for a new unit, getting several quotes. Danielle was great, no sales pressure. After installation, I reached out a few times with questions about a message I received on my thermostat and someone came out within a day or two. Devon took his time explaining things and updated my settings. Overall, the customer service was excellent. I never felt abandoned after the purchase was completed.

When we lost heat on a Saturday, Buric came out within 2 hours of our call. Clyde quickly diagnosed the problem and on the following Tuesday, Joey fixed our furnace. Joey took all the time we needed to answer all our questions and give us needed options. I highly recommend Buric

I had a great experience with Buric Heating/ AC and Austen their service technician! I can’t say enough about how impressed and satisfied I was with them. I had an issue with my heat today (coldest day of the year)and Austen came out and took care of the issue. He fully explained the problem and got my system up and running at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company, they are deserving of all the high marks they get.

I have had both ann installation of a new system and service calls by Buric and their excellent team. On the recent visit with a technical issue that happened with the ecobee thermostat, their consultant Andrew Davies was incredibly informed and provide provided further information and cost saving measures for our home in addition to the initial service call. So far this company seems to be right on top of it and I feel they’re being honest with me with their pricing and their offers.

Became a VIP member a few months ago when a part of my HVAC broke for heat. The Buric team made us a priority to ensure we did not go without heat. We just used our membership to get a priority appointment next day to help reconfigure our duct work and Clyde showed up on time and explained everything he did with extreme professionalism and informed us of all our options we had available for our issue. Danielle is amazing! Our heat went out and she came out on a holiday (highly recommend the Club membership) and diagnosed everything and explained our options clearly. She was also great with our dog- a huge plus! This is the one HVAC company I trust!
