We had an excellent experience working with Buric to replace our HVAC this winter. We got multiple estimates from various companies and not only did Buric give us the best offer, the technician (Joey) created multiple estimates with different equipment that might match our needs and explained pros/cons to each. After learning we were without heat until the new unit, Buric went above and beyond to move up our install date by a week. Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish, we will be repeat customers if the need arises in the future.

We had Buric replace our HVAC system last April. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and quick. They took good care of the work site, and took the time to explain everything when we had questions. And, the deal they offered easily beat their competitors. I've called them twice since then (nothing wrong with the equipment or installation, just new heat pump behaviors that I wasn't used to after years of having a furnace), and each time they've been helpful and prompt. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue, but the short of it is that I've had excellent service and interaction with many members of the Burich team.When we bought our house the entire HVAC system needed to be replaced within the first couple of months. Danielle walked us through many options and we found a system that was competitively priced that worked well for us. We also installed a house humidifier and healthy air filter system. The installation was scheduled quickly with no problems. They have an outstanding 10 year warranty on the system, which covers so much.Andrew and Clyde have serviced our new system and both are very friendly professionals that are incredibly thorough and helpful. I get a lot of detailed explanations and walk away with more information about our system each time they visit. I would highly recommend the whole Buric team for your HVAC needs.

First-rate. Greg, Tom and Luke knew their stuff. They worked well as a team, including the trainee. They treated us with respect, were friendly down-to-earth and answered all our questions. They replaced our 40-yr-old boiler system (poorly maintained by previous owners) with a 95% efficient “boiler” for our baseboard water heating system. Took 10 hours. They did not leave ANY mess. Fair price. High quality.

After receiving 3 estimates/proposals to replace my heating /cooling system, I decided to go with Buric HVAC. It was the right choice. From the detailed explanation of every item on the proposal to the smallest part applied putting the system together was seamless. Andrew, Greg, Tom and Seth are true professionals. Their attitude on how they go about their work reflects their loyalty to a family owned business like Buric.More important, the follow up and support after the installation is exceptional. Technician arrived when scheduled and was his usual pleasant self. In spite of being injured on the job, he cleaned up and buttoned up our system to ensure we had heat; then made sure a new appointment was made for the next day. All technicians should be as conscientious! Buric hires the best!

We just had our furnace and AC replaced with a Bosch Heat pump and furnace or "Dual Fuel" system by Buric. Our experience with Buric was excellent beginning to end. Joey came out and gave our system and house a thorough inspection. He provided a clear estimate with several options. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After getting a few other estimates we found Buric's offer the best. The installation was flurry of activity. Several techs came and worked through the day to complete the job. The lead tech, Greg, again was knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to ask for input for certain placement decisions and was extremely helpful with the setup and operation instructions. The techs left our home neat and clean. My only feedback would to be clear about how any rebates and tax credits will be included in the total. I would highly recommend Buric to anyone looking for similar services.

We have worked with Nick and company for years. They are responsive, knwoledgeable, and effective. We just had a small glitch on the new system they installed, and sent Dustin out immediately. He identified the problem --which wasn't their fault -- fixed it, tested it, and left with no bill. Great care!

Andrew the Buric technician was onetime, which already is a plus. He had called to say he was 15 minutes out, another plus. He was very knowledgeable about his craft, and what's more seemed to really enjoy his work.He gave me several tips on what to watch for, and what to do to keep my system running well. I'm expecting a typical miserable MD but I won't be concerned about our indoor temperature.

Clyde provided excellent service by checking our electric furnace and separate HVAC system for any maintenance issues - thankfully there were none. He called ahead before arriving on time. He was very polite and efficient, and addressed all my questions clearly. I was hoping to get a couple photos of the HVAC air intake "fins" for reference but the photos aren't necessary. I would recommend Buric to any of my neighbors.
