Technician arrived when scheduled and was his usual pleasant self. In spite of being injured on the job, he cleaned up and buttoned up our system to ensure we had heat; then made sure a new appointment was made for the next day. All technicians should be as conscientious! Buric hires the best!

We just had our furnace and AC replaced with a Bosch Heat pump and furnace or "Dual Fuel" system by Buric. Our experience with Buric was excellent beginning to end. Joey came out and gave our system and house a thorough inspection. He provided a clear estimate with several options. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After getting a few other estimates we found Buric's offer the best. The installation was flurry of activity. Several techs came and worked through the day to complete the job. The lead tech, Greg, again was knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to ask for input for certain placement decisions and was extremely helpful with the setup and operation instructions. The techs left our home neat and clean. My only feedback would to be clear about how any rebates and tax credits will be included in the total. I would highly recommend Buric to anyone looking for similar services.

We have worked with Nick and company for years. They are responsive, knwoledgeable, and effective. We just had a small glitch on the new system they installed, and sent Dustin out immediately. He identified the problem --which wasn't their fault -- fixed it, tested it, and left with no bill. Great care!

Andrew the Buric technician was onetime, which already is a plus. He had called to say he was 15 minutes out, another plus. He was very knowledgeable about his craft, and what's more seemed to really enjoy his work.He gave me several tips on what to watch for, and what to do to keep my system running well. I'm expecting a typical miserable MD but I won't be concerned about our indoor temperature.

Clyde provided excellent service by checking our electric furnace and separate HVAC system for any maintenance issues - thankfully there were none. He called ahead before arriving on time. He was very polite and efficient, and addressed all my questions clearly. I was hoping to get a couple photos of the HVAC air intake "fins" for reference but the photos aren't necessary. I would recommend Buric to any of my neighbors.

We have used Buric for our old home (they understand old homes) for decades and would not be interested in using anyone else. The technicians have all been courteous and knowledgable and will let you know if there are additional services they could provide but don't push it on you. Extremely satisfied customers.

Buric was phenomenal as always. They respond quickly to phone calls and give accurate times for visits. My service man was great! He explained my problem in "nonHVAC" terms and even too pictures to describe what my problem was. This is my 2nd or 3rd different service person and the quality of service and professionalism has not gone down. Highly recommend!

Joey came out to assess some issues with our current ductwork. He came up with an excellent solution for us inc. fabricating a custom filter track for our furnace and got as a competitive quote quickly. The work was completed the following week. While he was here doing the quote, Joey noticed the smell of gas near our furnace and water heater and identified an active gas leak. We were able to get the gas company to come to the house urgently and keep our family safe thanks to Joey's diligence that day. Thank you to the crew who did the ductwork modifications as well - the temperature in our house is so much more comfortable and even.

Great company! Scheduled a service visit and tech arrived on time! Determined issue with AC was a bad fan&motor. Under warranty so they are still working with company to get a replacement. Staff have always been polite, clean, and careful. I have been a client of Buric for 18 years and never had an issue.

I recently decided to replace my 31-year-old AC unit and furnace, as the AC was still working but not energy efficient. After contacting several HVAC companies, Buric stood out with their quick response. Joey came out the next day, conducted a thorough assessment, and provided me with various options. Greg and his team then replaced my AC and furnace in just three days. Now, I have a wonderfully cool airflow. Highly recommend Buric for their excellent service!

AWESOME experience with this company and their team. Our 24 year old HVAC died on us. We called a number of reputable companies to assess the issue and potentially replace it. Buric was the only one that was able to come out right away and immediately started the system replacement. The others had no availability for 2-3 weeks - not ideal for summer time! During the initial appointment, Joey came out to assess the issue. He was quick and thorough, letting us know why a repair of the old system was not an option. The system was so old, the part we needed was no longer manufactured. He went over the pricing options for a new system. There was zero pressure or upselling that sometimes happens with other companies. We got everything set up and the team arrived the very next day. The team rolled in heavy, with a large crew to attack the job and get it done. They were on-time for every appointment, worked quickly, cleaned up, and made sure to walk us through the project as they completed the work. While it was an expense we had hoped to delay a little longer, Buric definitely made the process easy and we highly recommend them! They’re our go-to for any future HVAC needs.

We needed work in our attic as part of a home repair request when we are selling our home. Luke and Austin showed up on time, were professional throughout, used drop clothes to protect our floor, explained their work. They worked the entire time they were here, didn't waste any time. Needed an HVAC service, searched Google and found Buric. They had 4.9 stars so I figured why not? My only question is why not 5 stars. Had the pleasure to meet Andrew and as I explained the problem, he listened, asked some questions and went and found the problem. Unfortunately the unit had given up the ghost and we determined to have a new system installed. Andrew then presented all our options, we chose and set up the install date. Even though it wasn’t great news to need a new unit, Andrew made it smooth being knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful and professional. All around 5 star experience!

This is the second time I have used Buric. I had an issue with my AC. Not only did they manage to get Clyde out the same day, but he came back at the end of his day in order to get it fixed before a hot weekend.
