Buric installed our system during spring of 2025; a new heat pump and furnace. When winter arrived our condensate line started freezing every time the temperature dropped low, causing our whole system to lose power and not turn back on.We called Buric for help and they tried insulating the line, but it didn’t fix the problem. After the third time out they gave up on fixing it, blamed the problem on our thermostat settings (69 during the day, 62 at night), and then charged us $350 for holding my hair dryer in front of the condensate line for 10 minutes. This was the cost after the discount for being enrolled in their yearly maintenance membership program.The freezing issue could be fixed with a foot of heat tape or a rerouting of the line, but Buric didn’t want to do that, so instead they refused to fix the source of the problem, charged us an arm and a leg, and left us to figure it out for ourselves. Buric’s advice was to leave our system running at the same temperature setting 24/7 when it’s below freezing outside, but we can’t afford the heating costs associated with doing this.I am of the persuasion that if your heating system not running for an hour or two causes it to freeze and not turn back on without someone standing outside with a hair dryer, then that is not an acceptable system.Now I’m up a creek trying to figure out how to fix this issue myself before next winter. I would not recommend a company that handles things this way.

Buric came out to complete my AC check-up which is included with my maintenance plan. The unit is 20 years old and not very efficient plus it's on the old freon stuff. Suggested I start thinking about a new system. Live in a condo so better to do it all at once, I guess. They will send me an estimate

I took my time shopping for a new unit, getting several quotes. Danielle was great, no sales pressure. After installation, I reached out a few times with questions about a message I received on my thermostat and someone came out within a day or two.
