First-rate. In Nov 2024, Greg, Tom and Luke knew their stuff. They worked well as a team, including the trainee. They treated us with respect, were friendly down-to-earth and answered all our questions. They replaced our 40-yr-old boiler system (poorly maintained by previous owners) with a 95% efficient “boiler” for our baseboard water heating system. Took 10 hours. They did not leave ANY mess. Fair price. High quality.

This is a very professional HVAC company and we highly recommend. Very thorough and also very reasonable. We ran into a situation where we had a power surge and three of our air handlers blower motors got fried. Joey Researched the blower motors and surge protectors and will be back out in less than 48 hours to get us back up and running. If you’re looking for a great HVAC company this is the one you want.

I marked my review as "I don't remember" since I had about 6 of you working with me between planning (Dani, you rock) and work times at my house and every one of you are phenomenal. You're clear, communicative, and you explain things in ways that make sense. You also made sure my contractors didn't do anything to mess up your ducting so you didn't have to come out and fix it again. Bonus, when I needed to focus on work, you were totally fine with my silly request to shine a flashlight at me to get my attention when you were done making loud noises. Andrew came yesterday after my AC died on me. He was skilled, intelligent, a great communicator and more than expert. Sadly even he could not keep my moribund system alive but Buric will install a new system next week. I wish it hadn’t come to that but I know Andrew was right and I totally respect his judgment.This time it was Austin who came to check the system. He too was everything I could have hoped for in a highly skilled technician. I never regret for an instant that Buric installed my heating and air conditioning systems!

Buric has been servicing our HVAC system for almost a year now and they’ve been great so far. The technicians have all been competent and polite. Buric’s “back office” staff is terrific as well - they prioritized our initial service call during an emergency situation, and they always follow up after service calls. The technician’s recommendations after our most recent checkup were numerous and it felt a bit like a sales pitch, although they appeared to be categorized by priority which was helpful. The fact they show pictures of the problem areas is also appreciated. Overall we are very satisfied with Buric and highly recommend them.

Total professionals, very friendly and helpful. My older system went out and they sent a technician who conducted a thorough inspection and gave me some options to repair. I asked about a new system and next day they came to my home and walked me through three options. My new system was installed and running THE NEXT DAY, at a reasonable price. The new system is a huge improvement and they did a great job with a clean installation. I highly recommend Buric.
