Austin did an excellent job servicing my gas boiler. He noted the plethora of window AC units and suggested that I consider one or more splits. I have an appointment for an estimate very soon. Buric has always been excellent and all technicians communicate their timing precisely. Dustin and Jimmy came several weeks later and spent the day installing the first of three mini splits. They worked continuously all day to add the system in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Enjoying a cozy dinner with a touch more heat in the dining room

Our A/C stopped working, Friday afternoon. Saturday after calling the BURIC, we were able to book an appointment for the same day. Dustin was very knowledgeable, and took time to explain what was wrong and what he is going to do to fix it.The issue was fixed immediately and we were satisfied with the service.

I’ve had a problem with my Goodman heat pump, which is only 3 years old, for about a month. After 4 other hvac companies could not fix the problem, I booked with Buric. Mitch was simply amazing! He is the most professional and highly skilled technician I’ve ever met. He meticulously performed multiple tests and got a variety of readings to diagnose the issue. In addition to being extremely competent, he is kind and friendly. I also have to shout out the scheduler, Leah. She was quick to find a slot for me on the same day that we talked. This is truly exceptional service from a top notch company.

We had quite a bit of leaking water from our HVAC air handler. Austin diagnosed the issue (clogged drain line) after performing a thorough inspection. He was courteous, professional, educational, clear with his communication, and we never felt pressured to make any financial decisions that we were uncomfortable with. He got our 17-yr old system back up and running and the house feels great. Buric is a great company with great people and we will be returning customers. Many thanks!

I highly recommend Buric Heating and Air Conditioning. They fully replaced my 20-year-old system within three days of its failure.The representative who explained my options, Clyde, was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The installation team—led by Lloyd and supported by Kalil, Nick, and Paul—was friendly, professional, protected my property, and completely cleaned up after themselves. While I did not get comparison quotes, my 15 years of experience as a general contractor gives me confidence that the price was fair market value. Buric clearly trains their staff well, expects high-quality performance, and values excellent customer service.On a separate note, I want to personally commend Lloyd. My furnace room is located close to my living area, so I overheard Lloyd interacting with his team. One of the members was new, and Lloyd provided a continuous, helpful commentary about the installation process and its unique aspects. He treated all team members with respect, which is a wonderful contrast to the poor management styles unfortunately common in the construction trade. He is a highly valuable member of the Buric team.

Today I had my membership summer tune-up and once again Buric demonstrated what I said about them in a review I left years ago when I had my HVAC unit installed by them: "Buric is a great company. Everyone strikes me as down to earth folks that are focused on helping the customers; from sales, to the Techs, and including personnel that answer calls and set appointments."Jesus was my technician and I hit him with questions as soon as he arrived about my unit (it gets uncomfortably freezing and nothing I did helped) and he was friendly, patient and helpful, and focused on providing excellent professional assistance. Not only did he help address my user questions and solve my issue, but then he performed the tune up and figured out that the wiring in my disconnect box was burnt up and melted. I was still under warranty so he reconnected or repaired wiring, as well as the old box, and attached a new one in the scorching heat/humidity of the day without a single comment or complaint. At all times, he was professional, thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. When he didn't know information, he immediately reached out to the office or others to obtain it so that the visit remained productive. The burnt disconnect box was a real fire hazard so I was incredibly thankful to Jesus for his professionalism and customer service. I continue to be grateful that I am a Buric customer!!

I recently had this company diagnose my HVAC system. They clearly informed me upfront that they charge a $99 diagnostic fee regardless of whether they perform the repair, and that the fee is separate from the repair cost. I appreciate their transparency.However, after the service, I learned that many other reputable HVAC companies apply the diagnostic fee toward the repair if you choose to have them complete the work. Knowing that, I was disappointed by this company’s pricing policy because it resulted in an additional charge that I could have avoided elsewhere.While there was nothing misleading about their policy, I hope they will consider applying the diagnostic fee toward repairs in the future, as it would provide better value and be more customer-friendly.

Austin came out today to tune-up/inspect both of our HVAC systems, and it was one of the best service experiences I've had with any home contractor. He spent about 1.5 hours thoroughly evaluating both systems, taking detailed measurements, explaining what each one meant, and answering every question I had without ever making me feel rushed.What really stood out was that he focused on education instead of pressure. He clearly separated items into "Must," "Should," and "Could" recommendations, explained the reasoning behind each, and even took photos so I could see exactly what he was referring to. There was never any pressure to upsell, just honest information so I could make an informed decision.He also caught a weak capacitor before it became a failure, tightened some electrical connections while he was there, and took the time to explain how to think about preventive maintenance versus repairs. As someone who likes to understand how things work, I really appreciated his patience and willingness to answer detailed questions.Austin represented Buric extremely well. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy technician, I'd highly recommend requesting him.

Nick and his professional colleagues have provided excellent work for us over the past 15 years. They converted our home from electric to gas and it has been a saving grace. Buric Heating and Air Conditioning is a professionally run firm you can rely on for service excellence year in and year out. Their staff is exceptional. Always friendly and personable. We had to call them on a sweltering July 4th and they offered to come down that day if the system hadn't reset automatically. It happens, but all is good.

4yo heat pump stopped and I went with Buric after reading glowing reviews. From the office staff to the technicians it was all easy, informative and friendly professional. Danielle (very knowledgeable and great communicator) explained the process, the price was great, she gave me excellent tips for maintaining my Hpump going forward. I had never heard of Buric but they are my go to company going forward. PS I had another co come by but their price was 30% higher, they told me things that were not true to push the extended warranty program AND I found out they pay customers to write good reviews, which means their reviews are not accurate. Buric did not push or pay me to write this, these reviews are genuine.

Joey made me aware of levers that must be turned a certain way during the Winter & Summer. If not turned in correct position the HVAC system will overheat during the summer & system isn’t able to cool down. It’s an Aqua Therm system unique to condos. Technician Joey figured it out & cooling system seem to be working now!

Buric Service Tech, Clyde, while successfully servicing our air conditioning unit yesterday, Sunday afternoon, found a watch at the end of our driveway, a kids watch, and gave it to us. Since then, the watch has been very happily rejoined to its owner, a young neighbor, all thanks to Clyde. We applaud Clyde’s personal integrity.
