Joey came out to assess some issues with our current ductwork. He came up with an excellent solution for us inc. fabricating a custom filter track for our furnace and got as a competitive quote quickly. The work was completed the following week. While he was here doing the quote, Joey noticed the smell of gas near our furnace and water heater and identified an active gas leak. We were able to get the gas company to come to the house urgently and keep our family safe thanks to Joey's diligence that day. Thank you to the crew who did the ductwork modifications as well - the temperature in our house is so much more comfortable and even.

AWESOME experience with this company and their team. Our 24 year old HVAC died on us. We called a number of reputable companies to assess the issue and potentially replace it. Buric was the only one that was able to come out right away and immediately started the system replacement. The others had no availability for 2-3 weeks - not ideal for summer time! During the initial appointment, Joey came out to assess the issue. He was quick and thorough, letting us know why a repair of the old system was not an option. The system was so old, the part we needed was no longer manufactured. He went over the pricing options for a new system. There was zero pressure or upselling that sometimes happens with other companies. We got everything set up and the team arrived the very next day. The team rolled in heavy, with a large crew to attack the job and get it done. They were on-time for every appointment, worked quickly, cleaned up, and made sure to walk us through the project as they completed the work. While it was an expense we had hoped to delay a little longer, Buric definitely made the process easy and we highly recommend them! They’re our go-to for any future HVAC needs.

Needed an HVAC service, searched Google and found Buric. They had 4.9 stars so I figured why not? My only question is why not 5 stars. Had the pleasure to meet Andrew and as I explained the problem, he listened, asked some questions and went and found the problem. Unfortunately the unit had given up the ghost and we determined to have a new system installed. Andrew then presented all our options, we chose and set up the install date. Even though it wasn’t great news to need a new unit, Andrew made it smooth being knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful and professional. All around 5 star experience!

Let’s be honest - no one ever wants to make this call, especially on a hot weekend night. But I did because my system is old and we have pets that inevitably turn this thing into useless metal. I got to speak to Andrew later than anyone should have to at night, where he kindly scheduled us at the perfect time. He showed up early, was friendly, funny, transparent, efficient, and provided us options. He also walked us through some of the issues, all of which every single other HVAC repair person in the past had missed. We felt comfortable with Andrew and confident in what he did for us, and now our black, long-haired dog has stopped crying from being hot (even though his hair is partially to blame). The whole experience was the best one I’ve ever had in dealing with repairs. Highly recommend.

Andrew the Buric technician was onetime, which already is a plus. He had called to say he was 15 minutes out, another plus. He was very knowledgeable about his craft, and what's more seemed to really enjoy his work.He gave me several tips on what to watch for, and what to do to keep my system running well. I'm expecting a typical miserable MD but I won't be concerned about our indoor temperature.
